Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every JOEY paid subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you follow the JOEY process and still do not see results within 30 days of your first charge, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your most recent payment.

2. Eligibility Requirements

The guarantee is a results guarantee, not a no-questions-asked refund. To be eligible, you must have actually followed our process and setup guide, and completed your included one-on-one training session. Specifically, you must have:

  • Completed onboarding and your JOEY persona and voice setup.
  • Completed the included one-on-one training session (required).
  • Kept JOEY active and running your outreach during the period, following our recommended process and guide.

If you did not follow the process, did not complete the one-on-one training, or kept JOEY paused or inactive for most of the period, the guarantee does not apply. As long as you follow our process and procedure and still do not see results, you are eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@getjoey.app or use the contact form on our website within 30 days of your first charge. Include the email address on your account and we will process your refund within 5 business days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately, your JOEY services stop at the moment of cancellation, and you will not be charged for future periods. After the 30-day guarantee window has passed, charges for the current billing period are non-refundable.

5. Subsequent Billing Periods

The money-back guarantee applies to your first payment only. Charges for renewal periods beyond the first 30 days are final and non-refundable, except in cases of billing error or duplicate charge.

6. Billing Errors

In cases of billing error or duplicate charge, contact us and we will resolve it promptly regardless of the guarantee window.
