How the three sessions work

The series runs across your first three weeks, then continues on your schedule for as long as you are a member.

Week 1 of onboarding

Session 1: Setup and orientation

Your trainer walks through your account setup, confirms your CRM is connected correctly, and shows you how JOEY reads and acts on your leads. You leave this session knowing exactly what the system is doing on your behalf each day.

Week 2 of onboarding

Session 2: Live workflow and first results

You have had a week of live data. This session reviews your actual numbers, fine-tunes your JOWI settings for your lead volume, and covers the communication cadence so you understand what goes out, when, and why.

If you need to move Session 2, you get two chances to reschedule before the slot is released. After two missed attempts, that session is considered used.

Week 3 of onboarding

Session 3: Advanced use and optimization

The final session goes deeper: advanced JOWI configurations, reporting, and any questions from your first two weeks. By the end, you are running the system independently and getting full value from your plan.

Same two-reschedule rule applies. Complete all three sessions and they are yours at no extra charge. That is the full deal.

After the series: sessions on request

Once you complete your three onboarding sessions, you can schedule follow-up training whenever you need it. No set schedule, no extra charge. Book from your dashboard (coming to the dashboard) and a trainer will confirm the slot.

Which plans include the training?

Any plan at $200/month or above. If your plan is below $200/month, training is not included, but you can upgrade at any time to unlock it. See the pricing page for plan details.

What exactly does the forfeiture rule mean for Session 1?

Session 1 must be completed within your first 7 days of onboarding. If you do not use it in that window, it is forfeited and does not carry over. Sessions 2 and 3 are not on a hard deadline, but each gives you two chances to reschedule if you need to move it.

What happens if I miss a session twice?

You get two reschedule chances per session (Sessions 2 and 3). If you miss both rescheduled slots, that session is considered used. You keep the sessions you did complete, and post-series on-request sessions remain available.

How do I book my sessions?

Booking and rescheduling will be available directly from your dashboard (this feature is coming to the dashboard). Until then, your welcome email includes the contact details to get your first session on the calendar.

Is there any cost after the three sessions?

No. Complete all three sessions and they are included in your plan at no extra charge. On-request sessions after the series are also covered as long as you remain a $200+ member. There are no hidden training fees.

What is covered in the sessions?

Sessions cover the JOWI tool in depth, the full JOEY system, your specific account configuration, your lead flow, communication cadence settings, and any questions from your first weeks of use. The content is tailored to you, not a fixed script.

I am pretty tech-savvy. Do I still need the training?

It is optional. If you are comfortable configuring software and prefer to explore independently, skip it. The option stays open. Many tech-comfortable members still take at least one session because the JOWI tool has configuration depth that is faster to learn with a guide than to discover alone.

Can I use priority phone support outside of training weeks?

Yes. Priority phone support is a separate benefit from the training sessions. As a $200+ member, you can contact the priority line any time, not just during onboarding. The contact number is in your welcome email after signup.
